The role

We’re seeking a highly experienced AI Automation Expert to architect, deploy, and evolve our next generation of AI agents. Your mission: design scalable, intelligent agents that act as digital employees, drive sales, and deliver measurable business performance.

What you’ll do

• Architect and automate cross-functional agents across SMS, chat, voice, and email.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g. GPT-4), APIs, and datasets (CRMs, e-commerce platforms, knowledge bases).
• Utilise a variety of AI platforms and tools (e.g. N8N, Make, 11Labs, Lindy).
• Apply strategic prompt engineering, conversation design, and reinforcement logic.
• Optimise sales workflows for cart abandonment and lead nurturing use cases.
• Continuously improve agent effectiveness using performance metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with growth, strategy, and implementation teams to align client outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years in AI automation, LLM integration, or agent development.
• Hands-on experience with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Proven track record building and deploying AI workflows that drive revenue.
• Strategic mindset: you understand client outcomes and business logic, not just code.
• Bonus: experience in cart recovery, lead nurturing, or e-commerce optimisation.
